Medior Finance Employee

Location: Oude Meer | Hours: 32-40 hours per week | Employment: Permanent

About the Role

As a Medior Finance Employee at Special Cargo Services, you’ll be part of the Finance team. You play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial administration. You’ll also contribute ideas to improve processes and working methods. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, shows ownership, and has a keen eye for detail. Special Cargo is a fast-developing organization – you’ll take on a lot of responsibility; your role is essential!

What will you do?

  • Processing purchase invoices and sending sales invoices
  • Contributing to effective accounts payable and receivable management
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports
  • Monitoring deadlines during monthly closing
  • Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
  • Contributing ideas for the further professionalization of the finance department

Who are we looking for?

  • You have completed an MBO level 4 education in a financial field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a medium-sized or logistics organization
  • You are accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • You work in a structured way, take ownership, and naturally support colleagues when needed
